Responsibilities

  • Be part of a support team, communicating well with other department.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues.
  • Implement and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and servers.
  • Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
  • Managing existing hardware and software (Updates, Patches, Configuration Changes, Backup, Etc).
  • Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate hardware replacements and carrier / supplier issues.
  • Document IT infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented.
  • Prepares analyses of the security, capacity and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
  • Research, plans, designs, implements and improve IT Systems.

Requirements

  • Male/Female 21-30 years old.
  • Graduate of BS Information Technology or related course.
  • Preferable to have knowledge in supporting IT infrastructure, Linux/Unix platform, container/docker, LAN/WAN configuration to include working with routers and switches, advanced hardware & possess strong work ethics.
  • Preferably an out of the box thinker and a willingness to learn.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule.
  • CCNA/Redhat/Kubernetes certificate is a plus.
